@ not really . The another way to deal with such sort of characters is giving them equally powerful opponents .one of the shows which did a great job either this is bleach . We had many too powerful characters but kubo balanced it b y giving them oppoents with counters

@ yes we have such characters in bleach . Who have completely broken abilities that make them too powerful like julius or gojo . But he created perfect counters for them so extremely powerful characters can coexist in a series . Being strongest doesn’t mean you can’t lose if your opponent can counter your strength . And black clover power scaling is insane . They definitely didn’t need to nerf julius for the kind of opponents that we see in the future arcs . It was done moreso to make the main cast shine for .

Copied no , inspired yes same way naruto has taken inspiration from shounens before it . Taking inspiration is not wrong . Most of the modern series are inspires by the big 3 in some way but when you start to blatantly copy its distasteful . Black clover writer has put orihinal thought into everything while taking inspiration .

@ lol naruto’s own character is inspired or by your logic copied from goku . Kishimoto has said several times dragon ball and toriyama were one oh his biggest inspiration to write naruto and he designed naruto keeping son goku in mind . Hunter hunter was another major influence on naruto . You can see it not only in the character designs but also in relationships between characters . Even the sharingan was inspired hunter hunter and so many other things . Shounens have always inspired each other and try to build on those ideas . Black clover is no different . Calling it a copy is a stupidity . By that logic every shounen other than the og’s of 1990’s are a copy . Black clover is an amazing story and it’s done very well by a masterful writer and artist .
