It's not. She's putting on a fake voice. You can hear her slip into her real voice for a couple of seconds @00:30. Turns out her real voice is a lot deeper. A lot of voice actresses raise their pitch to sound "moe".

Yep, guaranteed to be one of the more advanced parties taking on the tougher quests. So either Mitsurugi (Magic Sword Guy), Kazuma's party with Megumin getting the last hit, or Yunyun cos she wants friends.

For the record, I wrote this before watching the video's second half. I mean, it was made obvious in both the anime and Fantastic Days, with her constantly offering tasty treats to others and how lavish a feast she received on a certain sad day. Besides, it's expected from a village chief to be rich, at least in comparison to other villagers, and Yunyun, being his daughter, definitely has no shortage of money.

I mean, makes sense, you can see her buying a lot of stuff like is nothing. Like the whole party just for herself when she was a child and in that other episode she wanted to compete with Megumin when she was away, bringing a lot of food everyday. And when Megumin returned to home with the gang, they found a huge amount of food with Yun Yun.

@@ElDuelistaPokeDex Yep, and in the manga: Aqua ends up eating too much because of Yunyun and Wiz being too generous, so they go an entire weight loss program arc. Its hilarious.
