This was the Incheon condo she bought for her parents, it's been sold. All SNSD members over the years hinted they also all have personal condos next to each other in a Seoul Area. Hyoyeon picks them up. Also Hyoyeon and Yuri say they stay at the SNSD dorm which is luxurious in its own right.

SM has left it intact for all these years, for OhGG!. It's very convenient, even when all 8 girls were moving around during the Forever 1 comeback, they would meet up together at the familiar Dorm to shower, nap, and change clothes. Their Dorm is a massive Penthouse. Remember, it once had 9 superstar girls living in it.
