As a science major, I can say that Yuri did really well in making the cheese. Fermented foods are super tricky to make and take a lot of effort. She was really neat and careful with every step, I really enjoyed watching it!

@@Dovezlife I've lactose too but weirdly, it rarely reacts to cheese (and ONLY cheese) no matter how much amounts I take, but it reacts immediately (the fastest is maybe within 30 seconds to a few minutes) whenever I drink milk or eat just whatever that has milk in it lmao 💀😭

This is not paneer.. Paneer is made after milk is boiled and then vinegar or lemon juice is added and taken off the heat.. Mozzarella cannot be made with boiled milk
