I keep coming back to this one. I've lost the sense of self worth, I used to feel intelligent and worthy, maybe too much? Either way that shattered, and I don't feel very skilled, cunning, able. But this one helps me. Feels like, at least I've got stamina, even if I'm stupid and slow and unoriginal, I've got stamina, and I can keep moving forward. There was this person I liked and whose opinion therefore mattered an extra amount to me, but all they did was throw me negative comments. They brought attention to all my bad sides. And I realized I've been so obsessed with proving myself, all my life in general, but also specifically to them. I realized they'll probably never see me as intelligent and idk, that forms a painful knot in my stomach. Dunno how to get over it yet, still trying to reach out from this pit. But, this video helps. Even if this "I've got stamina" to some extent still also is a way for me to keep thinking, there is a way for me to prove my worth as someone strong. God I hope I'll find my positive self again. Love to y'all
