Definitely somewhere in my top 5 Alice songs. I used to not even like Love, Hate, Love really but then I started listening to Alice again in the past year more seriously and somehow it totally stood out to me as probably the most unique song on Facelift.

Off the top of my head….maybe Sickman? Unless you’re already comfortable with some speed picking. Another that could maybe be a contender would be Lying Season. Possibly What the Hell Have I although that one falls right up my alley playstyle-wise but I’ve seen others have trouble with it

I'm trying to get the palm riff down but doesn't sound as good , I got all the notes and where to put my fingers but I think I need more distortion and less pressure on the muting if that makes sense . If ya could let me know what I possibly need my distortion at would help a lot .

I don't understand how you can play the clean part wrong when you're playing it right in the palm muted section. It's the same notes. Clean first time round is open D String; 2nd time round open e string, but you play D throughout. But in the chorus you play the palm muted Es....
