I had Pho yesterday with at a Vietnamese restaurant... one of.the meats call round steak was cooked in front of me in the broth .... I didn't know you cab actually cook meat in hot broth... it was so delicious

There's a Japanese dish called Shabu Shabu and it's similar. They bring you different meats and veggies and you cook it in the hot broth like that. Shabu Shabu means "swish swish" cause you swish the food in the broth as you cook it.😊
