I grew up with Cat Steven’s played in my parents house daily in the 70’s …..I’m 63 years old now, widowed while pregnant aged 35 and quite early on knew I wanted this played at ‘ our’ sons wedding when he gets married. He had to grow up without his father, and he makes me proud every day . His father would be beyond proud too 😢.

This is an amazing song performed by a incredible artist, written & recorded 52 years ago now. And when you consider Cat was only in his early twenties when he wrote this song, he showed a musical and lyrical understanding way beyond his tender years. And this stunning performance is a master class on how to perform as a senior artist AMAZING!

And it’s true, if you in hurry, take your time, slowly but continuous is the fastest way in long term. Life isn’t a sprint, it’s a Marathon. These lessons a realy the best advice a father (figure) can give. When you young you run and catch, when you get experienced you go slow and catch a couple at once.
