The doctor explained it. She fears him because he represents all the unknown for her (as he was the first person she saw when she opened her eyes). What's more, he is the person who asks the most from her. He said to her he is her husband but she doesn't remember him so it's very difficult for her not to feel the pressure when she is around him. Yaman seeks a closeness that she isn't able to give him because for her he is a total stranger. However, amnesia it's a very difficult condition and many reactions of the patients are quite instinctive and irrational, i suppose. 😔

As I mentioned in other comments, Yaman bey second moves should SING a 🎵 🎶 🎵 to SEHER as he good at. This can alert SEHER members. If I am the scriptwriter , I will make Yaman bey sing it again for the forth time.The first time was at the cafe, , before he was planing to give the space for SEHER, the second was when they were at anunty house. The third was in front of Fikret house when Yaman bey fell in the trick of his mother slander. For better for worse, we are still with the two characters, SEHER and Yaman 😃 😊 😀
