Real superstars never referred to themselves as such. They came, made good music and exited with it. My grandmother influenced my taste for Yusuf olatunji's music right from when I was a child in the 80s and till today its been difficult for me to like any of the present day singers and for that my peers call me old man. Today in far away New York City am enjoying this song and I remember home.

This sort of Music does not go stale..... Just can’t get enough. Brings back childhood memoirs.... Living childhood from Adam Street, Oke Popo, then to Shitta in Surulere and then finally in Ojuelegba... Brought this trend of music with me from Primary school right through to Post Grad. and now trying to pass it unto my Oyinbo kids. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Late Yusuf Olatunji is a great talented musician that no Yorubas should forget about, I can't do without listening to his music and my graciously blessed American Wife, wonderfully blessed children, grandchildren children born in DIASPORA will be asking me why am listening and dancing to his music, my answers to them is that there's no musician in the whole world that can sing like him, because his music has a lot to do in my lifetime and has a lot of meanings. He will continue to rest in perfect peace and the glory of the Almighty God will never departed from the loved one's he left behind amen. Joseph Yusuf Olatunji continue to rest in peace.
