Your animation is good you just overease atntimes and don't anticipate enough at other times besides this your great and your art is good as well. Try moving the entire body for some parts and I know your reference here is probably manga but try finding similar scenes with similar movments to go based off. Take everything I say with a grain of salt tho as I'm no master of animation but these are some tips I've received from much more skilled people then me, keep up the good work I'm proud!
