Høvik Verk was from the beginning in 1855. The text above "Høvik Verk" says "Lisenstilvirket". That means "Made under license". This 210 has no marking either on the legs or under the tank, and I have no clue on the age...

This is a product by Primus (Swedish), but this particular one was made, under license, by Høvik Verk (Norwegian), primarily to the Norwegian market. Høvik Verk only produced these between 1953 and 1961 (due to production problems in Sweden), so the stove is from then. The box and spirit-flask also confirms the origin.

I wonder what seals to use between rising tube and spirit cup?

The seal between the rising tube and the spirit cup is made of lead gasket. Make a hole with a punch to that size.
