If The Cars in Forza Horizon 5 Were TOO Realistic?!

A major thing about fh5 physics is that the car doesn’t slow down at all apon encountering a bump or ledge. If you’re going really slow at a nearly parallel angle with a curb and drive up onto it, the car doesn’t slow down at all, and the suspension comes teleporting upthe curb. This is why we can speed along a field at 400 in a road racer.

You can’t just speed through a field at 400km it won’t slow you down too much but you won’t have grip to keep pushing turn quickly or stop just like real life.

@@Lucas_Antar 400 was a tiny bit of an exaggeration, but you can still go 300. I’ve seen it with my own eyes in any hypercar and a big enough field. In real life though, the bumps would massively slow you down Remember, Forza physics weren’t made to be realistic, they were made to be fun.

an ultra realistic version of forza horizon 5 already exists : Beamng Drive albeit it doesn't have any real world cars, the graphics or the map that fh5 has but you'll quickly discover how quickly youd mess up a real world car if you drove like you do in forza

It would be super cool if forza would add a ultra simulation damage. Like if you overbuild a 08 m3 it’ll blow the engine and just stuff like that. Just a realistic reliability option like you were saying.
