13:18 that "ineee ima made" means more like "nobody has ever called me that before" or any variation of this sentence really, hard to do a direct translation when in these typos of convos everything works out on context clues so it's more like litreally saying "nobody has ever done that (has called me that)" saying "iine" with enunciation on the "II" results in the "that's good" that you translated as but in the clip he's more like saying "iinEEEEE" which works more like a transformation of the word "inai" That's one of the things about Japanese in that where the really strong pronunciation is on the word changes the meaning of the word completely too sometimes (the KZbinr Dogen has a few good videos showcasing this with comedy) but it's not some big deal, even Japanese people sometimes cope with that fact and think "japanese is flat sounding" when it really isn't.
