I know someone must say "leadership to kokichi because he is ultimate supreme leader" I give it to Yuichi because Yuichi shows more leadership skills than Kokichi such as Hide and Seek arc, Friendless arc, etc. But Kokichi shows leadership skills in Danganronpa V3 chapter 5 only

W take honestly if you’re doing logical scaling, kokichi doesn’t have a lot of on-screen feats and the ones he has aren’t that great. Like his mastermind plan, it was made to be a fun game to solve but it was way too convoluted and could’ve gone wrong many times in the process of executing it since there’s always going to be unaccounted external factors effecting anyone’s plan, and there was barely any of that for the plan’s scale. Kokichi’s plan worked because the plot needed it to, not because of intelligence as many say.
