Recently I bought a desktop pc, they said no guarantee or warranty for Monitor once we get out from their store, and they said they don't pack the pc that I bought. They simply drop the PC into a polythene carry bag. We paid 14000 rupees and this is their response and service for us also they charged 2% extra charge for swiping credit card. Overall the experience with them is not so good. Customer receiving no good. They said mouse, keyboard free on KZbin but in reality they charged 500 rupees and said that offer only for laptops. Better to buy any other stores but not with these people.
