PPD ....I suffered this in both my pregnancies....it's very common....some people got this for less time n some for more time...try to go out sometime...take out time fod yourself....enjoy out time with baby n husband...take vitamin d ...morning sunis very important ...atleast 30-40 minutes...I know its difficult to get up early when u don't get proper sleep...but then to try...doctor can suggest some safe medications for it...I have to take it to deal with it...more over hormonal changes or imbalance are there during this time...which gets settle slowly but may take around 6 months more depending on person to person....try Primrose supplement for PPD...takecare....I know it's difficult...but remember its a phase that will pass on...

You have to have complete Rest till 3 months,you have so much help without any help normal people be in mom home and rest no need of doctors have good healthy meal stay warm and rest life is to long u can work later life is good enjoy your motherhood don't be in hurry becoz there are many problems until health problems God forbidden once health problems then u have only one problem hope u understood with just concern ❤may God bless you

I was also at my parents place during my postpartum atleast for 3-4 months and my husband came to meet baby for sometime .. doesn’t mean ki he didn’t care .. it was just I want my parents during that time like every other new mother .. if they are happy with each other decision then let them be ❤

PPD is very normal and i also went through this until my child started taking semi solids..this PPD happens cz of lack of sleep , hormonal changes ,lack of social life and many changes going inside the body. Mothers milk is thin and not sufficient for the baby so baby doesnt sleep for a long stretch ...u give her formula milk in the night its heavy and she can sleep for longer and so that u can also sleep. And ur body is aching cz of lack of sleep and body is fragile cz of delivery ....now in this phase u have to eat well yuvika ji no dieting please ....eat veggies ,ladies finger ,lauki ,and all leafy vegs , lots of garlic these stuff help in milk secretion. Also eat lots of gondh ke ladoo until the child is 3 month's..take ragi malt....its good for health ,shatavari kalp - it helped me alot during breast feeding. And eveyday i used to eat cur fruits for my evening snack. And yuvika ji keep ur mom with u or u stay with them until the baby starts taking semi solid..the day she takes semi solid she will sleep nicely and once u get proper sleep u will be all fine and PPD also goes off just like that.hope this helps take care ❤ Also please sit in the morning sun for Vit D and take vit b12 supplements and also take the baby for soaking in the morning sun imp for both of you . Hope u r taking ur iron and calcium supplements post delivery

Ye apko neend na leney ki vjah se ho rha hai .. humari appetite na hona, mind na kam krna bhul jana, body ache mostly knee and legs and back pain ye sab neend na honey se hai.. kitni bhi maids hum rakh le but feeding maa ko krani hoti hai and bar bar neend khrab hoti hai, 2 year . 5 months tk aisa hi hota hai jabtak baby playschool na chla jye dear. Laddu ,vit D, calcium, massage sab apni jgah hai but 8-9 hours ki neend ek breastfeeding mother k liy jruri hai , jo nhi milti.. Din m koi trustworthy family member jisk sath baby comfortable ho usey rakhiye aur neend lijiye... This time shall pass too..😊 Om Namah Shivaya ❤

Raat mei top up feed use karo aap, neend atleast raatvki 6hrs ki lo, maa healthy hogi tabhi bacche ka sahi lhayal rakh paogi, neend is imp for mental health. Don't try to be superhuman. There is nothing wrong with topyp feed for night lot of mom do it.
