2:16:00 -ish on story quest spirit boosts On the reveal trailer the devs said that there should be one in every act, so everyone just assumes that the one in act 2 is bugged and the item does not drop or they delayed including the quest in act 2 for some reason. So there is still hope for more easily accessible spirit boons! edit: well, apparently I should've listened a minute or two further before typing this out, someone in the chat said exactly the same thing I said here. lol

For clarification: The "+x to Level of all Spell Skills" does NOT increase the level of your minions, they are not considered a spell. That's why you can't increase their dmg with "Spell Damage", for example. That the tooltip of your "Skeleton Arsonist" says "+1 from Global Modifier" is an increase you got somewhere else, probably your sceptre with "+1 to all Minion Skills".

it was easy man. you know what i do. two set of skills. one to attack group of monsters and another for boss fights take some weakening skill(or several) and high dmg skill . hope you gonna figure this out
