I just want to say that I love your channel! You have totally inspired me to open up my creative side, unfortunately financially I'm not in any position to buy the tools I need. So I've been like obsessing about what I want to do when I can afford it 😂 I'm a stay at home mom on disability because of a failed spinal fusion so I don't get out much or have any friends to go see, every day I get so happy when I see you've uploaded a video. Thank you so much for all you do 💚

The runes are beautiful! I can see why people would want to wear them. That being said, some runes carry meanings and energy that is not safe to wear. I highly recommend that if you do wish to wear any runes as a charm or pendant that you do a bit of research first so you can have a piece of jewelry that looks beautiful and has a beautiful message to go along with it instead of a potentially harming symbol.

Make yourself a template for the plunger cutter a "smidgen" :-) bigger in diameter than that of the cutter. Center the template over your rune and then you can cut through the hole in the template into the clay. Thanks again for another awesome tutorial!

Have you thought of making your rune stamps out of a metallic putty/paste ??? Around here we have two called Marine Tech and also JB Weld ... Once set, they are hard enough to be drilled and machined like regular steel ... Might make good leather stamping tools ...

I'm a bit unsure. Did you draw a mirror image of the runes to make your negative impression? I'm just thinking if you pushed polymer clay into the mold the symbols might come out opposite way around? Hope you get what I mean.
@backtoearthcreations7 жыл бұрын
hey, Elli! The first set of runes were drawn regularly, the stamps that I made from that were mirrored, so when I use them to press into the clay for making finished runes they are facing the correct way :)

How do you make your own runes symbol from scratch instead of using someone else's symbols because they say only the one who's runes they are using can use the magic cast so if it isn't your runes or engraving symbol you can't cast or do magic

Could I paint on stones to make runes? And if so, what could I use to keep the paint on?
@backtoearthcreations7 жыл бұрын
hey, Frieda! In the past I have had success using paints intended for ceramics and glass that are painted on and then baked. I have also used acrylic paint and a thin layer of nail polish painted over the stone once the runes are dry. also, depending on the stone, you may be able to use an engraving tip to etch the rune into the stone and then use black wax to antique the etching and make the rune stand out. I think I may do a tutorial on some of these different techniques in the future :)

You have a positive outlook for the future. Change is coming. It could be good or bad depending apon your situation and life today. If you are married, fertility could be coming your way. Get a pregnancy test. A baby could be on the way. If not, fertility can also mean start a garden if not this year, next spring. If single, you could get romance soon.
