Sadly it’s up to Bamco, they are the ones that hold the licensing for Jojo in games. Same reason why we don’t get remasters of the Capcom games.

@YXiao honestly I think what you should really try are some combos in platform fighters. It might be something new for you that would be enjoyable. if you want a platform fighter that has a big emphasis on combos you could download rushdown revolt. if you play offline you get it for free

It doesn't work on everybody, but you should pause at the frame when that Vanish whiffs and observe how the opponent appears on the ground and compare it to when failed.

Man, I wish ArcSys would make an actual shonen fighting game kinda like Jump Force, but instead of being a mediocre, ugly arena fighter, it would be a high-quality 2D fighter, like DBFZ, featuring characters from different popular series. Just imagine the matchups: Tanjiro vs. Ichigo Meruem vs. Cell Jotaro vs. Dio Luffy vs. Naruto Goku vs. Saitama Gojo vs. Sukuna Thorfinn vs. Kurapika And i could go on... There’s so much potential! Please, ArcSys, make it happen!

The reason you won't get a ArcSys like Shonen 2D fighting game is because it expensive and risk for them. Which is why we get so many arena fighter games because even if it mediocre they don't lose as much from it. We were lucky to even get a high quality DBZ 2D fighting game because that was only option for them to pull something like this safely. The IP alone generating soo much money for them comparing to the other Shonen.
