I had my throttle stick off of a double and tore 4 tendons fractured my humerus and had a terible concussion knocked out for about 15 minutes. Definitely replace throttle cables every month lol

I know this is gonna sound dumb but the one time I was on my minibike and the throttle got stuck pinned , it was scary asf because I did engine mods to it. And it topped out at about 50 mph , also the kill switch was down on the engine so I had to take a hand off doing about 40 to shut it down. Scary AF when machines go physco

I'm just curious, what do you do if your throttle gets stuck? Do you just bail or do you pull in the clutch to take power away from the rear tire? but then you would destroy the motor if it ran too long, so do you just choke the motor out?

Jordan Rasdall if you're throttle stays wide open after you crashed then use the killswitch. Or upshift a ton and stall it. And there's not really a way to avoid crashing if it gets stuck

If you ride a 125 you need more entry speed into corners and don't let off the throttle like your on a 450 , steady throttle is key in corners

Clayton Peterson that's incorrect , 2 strokes have a lot more torque. So in general it shouldn't matter. Although 4 strokes are getting more power w the new technology.

Storm Singer hey bud the reason he has to use the clutch coming out of corners is to keep it In the power. 2 strokes don't have the linear powerband that 4 strokes have so you have to slip the clutch when coming out of corners to stay higher in the rpms and keep in the high part of the powerband
