Jordan Morgan you might find a bunch of surprises if you do tear down to frame 😐 and not the good ones haha. I would only recommend doing it for a full overhaul on a bike

You may want to try a Donjoy knee brace; I snapped my ACL in half and chose the brace over surgery. Nice job on the bike.
