Is there a way to set it so that you can toggle on and off the aiming servo used for steering the car while leaving the aiming servo for aiming the turret active so on a straight away or with nothing you could take a sneeky shot behind you?

you should have gone full 007 like rockets (glitched) in the grill or lights. no weight shift, no turret you can loose and aiming is probably easier then with the new servo.

You should have a 2v2 battle where one of you builds a orbital cannon with a crazy max power core but it can't go over 20 kmh while the other person has a car that can only go 100 kmh with one missile and then just see who can last the longest in the car.

I have to strongly disagree with the bike tires being the best tires to drift in and using the aiming servos. It's seems too stiff. Regular gyro, offroad wheels, and a bit of torque power makes for phenomenal drifters where you can hold the dift and any degree for as long as you want. I don't know how it is for PC, but console players can have the gyros bind to a joystick making it super easy. Very simular to how the aim servos operate in this video. If you put the camera to racing, the camera will also work like how the aiming servos are working here. But overall for what I see here, the drifters here are stiff and kind of rear heavy.
