This is nice listening and reading practice. Love the channel when I practice. One idea to help reading comprehension could be to make the words and parts of speech color coordinated. That way, we can see where each part of "We measure all the ingredients carefully" for example, in both English and in Japanese. You probably have something like that in other videos, but listening along with this could improve reading comprehension too. Thank you for your videos.
