HK people just make complaints to the Government, and it continuously passes the problem to the Government. But do you think the government can solve all one by one and what will happen if it fails? The government will collapse under more excessive pressure. The existing system may be acceptable in a small area such as Athene but not in Roma. HKASPDMC asks for democracy in China but are they sure that it works before proposing? Democratic centralism is better. The person proposing should go through all the details of the problem before proposing. Without a thorough study of the problem, it is difficult to ensure the quality of the question and that the officers can answer back good quality. We don't need more speech but more valuable speech. The study is the only answer. We shall concentrate on long-term team development or long-term strategic solutions to some routine problems such as education, health, etc. Leaving the day-to-day problems to the government. Rather than stay in the old world we should create a new one and we need a god who has full power and rules and laws just to serve him. God is a group of thinking groups of different peoples. Skill and experience are nothing and they are obstacles in the new world. People in public, private, and overseas can all join the groups on a short-term basis to ensure we can get the most updated knowledge. If the group can have Socrata, Confucius, Elon Musk, Buffet, etc. I think their proposal will not be challenged by the world and it doesn't matter who proposes i.e. Biden Trump, Xi, and Lam Cheng. Can any of them challenge the wisdom of god
