I have a question: I use the sensor-values-logging.js in the stack, to sent messages to my own php server which has all the logic. I noticed delays, and not sure if it is the z-way stack or my stack. Is there a delay when for instance, motion is detected, before sending it to js? Right now, the light in the room I am entering goes on like 30 seconds later on average.

Please check the log - you should see the moment when the Z-Wave radio command is sent. You can also compare it with the moment when it is sent to php. May be JS code is too busy, but 30 seconds is too much. May be the queue is busy, so the command is confirmed too late - check queue window in Z-Way
