This is what I love about anime. Zero explanation, a little girl in a dress riding a robot dinosaur is now fighting an anime woman with a magic sci-fi gun and then there's a serious looking guy on a horse. Yes, they are just firing laser beams at each other until the show decides someones laser beams actually work that one time, but who knows, we may get a stand battle where someone has to win by summoning a drawing that kills other drawings to murder the painting of Vincent Van Gogh. Who had a gun if I remember right?

The rest of the show is fine, but there is no way in hell the world would ever call an invading demon horde "Zillions of Enemy X." Ayase: What does Z/X stand for, Agent Asuka? Asuka: Zillions of Enemy X. Ayase: And what does that mean to you? Asuka: It means somebody really wanted to use the term "Z/X."
