A fun little fact on the prince of darkness, guided magic greatly extends the lifespan on his summons, and it gives his powerful attack homing. You don't really need the +1 damage from his second upgrade, so it's generally pretty minimal investment for him to get much better use of his pierce.

Yup. I see so many people get 0-2-5 because they simp so hard for wall of fire. But a 1/2-0-5 is so much better than a 0-2-5. They dont realise how much damage they miss out on cause the zombie bloons die early.

0-2-2 > 0-2-4 used to be a dominant wizard-involving early game start, even if it got abandoned for their main mid-late strat, so by force of habit 0-2-5 was meta almost entirely due to the lower tier imbalance, let alone the likely lack of major crosspath value from 1-0-5, and the lack luster 2-0-5 value didnt make it much better.

025 is still pretty good even now. Remember that PoD gives extra damage per graveyard, which applies to the Wall for as much as 10 extra damage, which is nutty. They've been making an effort to balance crosspaths, and for PoD either one can be good depending on the situation.

As you mentioned, it is very common to subconsciously use z instead of zed, I hold the phrase "ctrl c, ctrl v" at fault, because it's commonly used to rhyme, applying to ctrl z as well. Congrats on a partial ending to this series by the way! Whatever twists you have planned are interesting.

This falls in line with my thinking on the pronunciation. The are so many letters that fall into the scheme of rhyming with “E” (B, C, D, E, G, P, T, and V) that is only seems natural to give it to “Z” as well. Not to mention, if you had to spell out the pronunciation of most letters it could be done with only one other letter (“S” as “es” for example) so having a letter that needs 2 other letters to spell out the pronunciation (“Z” as “zed”) seems like and intentionally weird choice.

The Z challange is actually maybe kinda possible in portuguese, since you get Zona das Tachinhas (Tack Zone), Zero Absoluto (Absolute Zero) and Zona de Exclusão de Bloons (Bloons Exclusion Zone), for the map it would still have to be Bazaar but in pt it's spelled Bazar so it's even more Z than in english, finally, for gamemode it would be Esvaziamento (Deflation).
