Looks like you can start with floors. When placing the stone walls, if you place the ones under the floor first, which it looks like it allows you to do, you could then place a wall on top of it.

2 things. 1. Check all your crafting recipes because palm logs were the recipe requirements for charcoal last ive seen. Not sure though. 2. I think traveling to the previous island and traveling back resets material gather points. Hope this helps

I feel you about the fire destroying the house. All the work and now it's gone. To tell you the truth, I laughed a lot when the fire went wild and then feeling bad for you. Love your videos and your personal style.

You might want to prioritize those crystal torches. If they still work the same way they did the last time I saw someone play this game, they act as reusable crystal bottles. That is, you can place them to clear out some water and then pick them back up. Keeping two or three in your inventory can make it a lot easier to quickly grab stuff like seagrass or underwater chests, since you won't have to wait for the tides.

Also cannonballs are worth a lot if you sell and the boat trader you summon with the flare has iron for sale. Gotta be willing to trade though. Otherwise your best bet is to restart now because that conch shell is technically a quest item that you do not want to destroy.

I hope that when the chest burned down it will just destroy the chest itself and drop all the items inside cuz it would be terrible if they disappeared and very scary scenario for a person like me who keeps important items like quest/key items inside the chest cuz survival games always had limited inventory. This is terrible accident and now what could be happen if the quest items destroyed? Does it mean you'll screw up the whole game? I hope they should reconsider the probability of these accidents cuz that would be painful.. If it was me, I'll uninstall the game or walk away and call it a day.
