The thing about Tiberius is that if you play him right he just kinda... cheats. His whole kit can harass corners and chase people down around said corners.

Yeah there have always been inconsistencies about whether a cooldown starts when an ability is activated or when it finishes. I remember like 3~4years ago makoa halfshell cooldown would start as soon as the shield was placed, it was ridiculous

It heavily encourages trance spam yeah, but if they take away the instant cooldown they either need to shorten the cd or buff some other area. Trance helps keep Tib relevant
