what values did you put on the CV?

At output 1 I have the light signal with read/green light. CV43 = 5 sets output 1 to signal output and CV 72/73 sets the time for fading in and out. At output 2 I have the flashing lights. CV 42 = 1 sets output 2 to alternating light. CV 4 sets the alternating time and CV 73/73 sets the fading in/out time.
