Fun fact, if the 21x21 was made up of 3x3 cubes, there would be 343 of them inside of it, which sorta makes sense for the 400 cubes your friend solved. He was solving the equivalent of the 21x21.

J Perm did a few things to massively improve centers on his 21x21 solve: - He solved the outer bars first, instead of the inner bars. Once you get to cubes like the 13x13, it gets hard to count out what piece you're looking for. Solving outer pieces first makes that a lot easier. - He tried a different strategy for solving the centers: solving rings instead of bars. We don't know if it's better, but it is interesting.

We take that number, divide it by 403 (the amount of cubes tim solved) and we get approximately 81.2332506203 seconds, which when rounded to the nearest hundredth gets us 1 minute and 21.23 seconds It took longer to write this comment than to do the calculations lmao I hope I didn't screw up

You could hand him a ∞x∞ cube and he'd somehow find a way to solve it.

I really wish I had a friend that I could try something like this with. But everyone has been impressed by me knowing how to solve a 3x3 so far, nobody said they could solve it too. So no way they could solve a big cube.

No idea. Faster than when I livestreamed a solve, but a lot slower than the other video I've seen on KZbin.

this could be really cool with how many megaminx can my friend solve while i solve one zettaminx this challenge would take even longer than the 21x21 i think.

This seems like something my friend and I would do. In real life we’ve done things like “how many 3x3s can I solve while said friend solves a 7x7?” Also my name’s Tim too :) so that’s fun

Crazy. Major Accomplishment for both. Crazy! Also I will never buy a 21X21. My average is closer to Time as well.

Seeing that tim solved his first in like a minute, solving this many 3x3 must have lowered his average by quite a few seconds haha
