I did this about six months ago. My motivation was to create maximum cringe on Reddit. So many people seem to get unhinged when you show a cube in a non-western color scheme. So, I did some Googling to find out how many permutations there were and found discussion of McMahon's Colored Cubes. That's all I needed. I found an example of them, changed the colors in the picture to match the Rubik colors and ordered some cubes from China. It took at least a month for them to arrive. It took me less than a week to get them all changed around, by only doing a few each day. I did each cube individually instead of all at once as you did. Surprisingly, I didn't get many triggered responses when I posted them on Reddit. I may have even mentioned I was waiting for you to do a montage of making them.
