1. Yes your diploma should be verified and if you have done 2 semester here then you can apply for Germany but your 2 semester result card should be attested. 2. Brother what kind of reference number you are asking about?

to answer your question yes you have to apply for zab certificate attestation if your university is recognize but not your degree and vice versa uni degree and university both has to be recogonize if you have applied for opportunity Card
