These guys need to have more confidence, These guys clearly never heard of Francis or Derrick lewis. but anyways the current heavy weight champ in the UFC started a mere 6 years ago and already is the champ. and he came from a boxing background. Sure they wont be able to a black belt in jiu jitsu or an olympic wrestler but with.a year in wrestling defense & strength training plus their boxing expertise, they're more than ready. but wrestling is key. i wrestled in high school on and off and i half azzed it but i could hold my own with the dudes who went state. but learning the fundamentals in wrestling is key. have a good take down defense and learning to get back on your feet is the key. yall already got the hands just work on getting back up on your feet. of course kicks elbows and submissions, but its MMA.
