I do a Scrubs marathon every couple of years. The episode where Brendan Fraser died in the beginning and Dr Cox is just imagining him until the end is absolute gold. All the emotions this show brings is fantastic.

This was a powerful interview. It really helped me to understand and process my own grief. I am thankful for Mr. Rosenbaum and Mr. Braff to be so vulnerable and genuine. The power of stories gives us strength to persevere when we feel so weak. It takes a lot of courage to share so openly in a culture that readily tears celebrities apart for no good reason. I love that these men are using their platforms to help others. Thank you. You are both making a difference.

Why post this crap? This awesome podcast needs its revenue to stay alive. Shame on you.
@Ralph_Roberts3 ай бұрын
@luckrequired5382 lmao. Yes they need to do it for the money to keep it going but I hope you realize us either skipping 10 seconds at a time through the video til we get to the interview compared to clicking these time stamps, makes no difference to the uploader. Without people like this, people like me would be more likely to just say F it and listen to something with less bs. So stfu.
@ryandeffley76523 ай бұрын
@luckrequired5382 - It doesn't seem like you understand how marketing revenue works. Rosenbaum gets paid for plugging the services regardless. This would be like you trying to shame someone for fast-forwarding through commercials and claiming that effected a show's budget. 😆
@ryandeffley76523 ай бұрын
@luckrequired5382 - I mean, please tell me that you don't think you have to sit through every ad because that's paying into the marketing revenue? 😆

Back in the day I only caught random episodes of Scrubs when it was on TV. About 4 years ago I found the entire show available for streaming so I decided to watch it and ended up watching most of it in a span of a few months and it became one of my favorite shows ever. You could tell they were having fun making it and the writing was just great and extremely funny.

Speaking of productions that’ve made me cry; When you were in “Smallville” and your father had you committed. The shot was of you suffering in that horrid place with your father watching you through (what I assumed was) a two way mirror. Then they played the Johnny Cash version on “Hurt”. I-BALLED. I mean, full on, ugly face cry, balled.

Garden State the movie and soundtrack is something that has stuck with me since it came out, I was 19 at the time and something about just hit and started with me. I know Zach said about "Wish I was here" that movie and soundtrack is also another one, it always gets to me. The one movie of his that is also my favorite and also has an amazing soundtrack is "The Last Kiss" he was great in that as well and he just makes you feel what his character is dealing with in that movie. Overall a great episode , I enjoyed watching and listening, oh yeah just one thing I wish you guys would have talked about is music because from the soundtracks to his movies he has a great taste in music and thanks to him I was out onto a lot of different artists, Rosie you have great taste in music as well, so I feel that's something you guys really could have had a conversation about. Thanks again, can't wait for next week's.

Exorcist III is the top of my list as well. Watched it twice in the theater back during release. The sheers scene freaks me out even today when I know it's coming. Not a big fan of jump scares, but that scene was expertly crafted. Brad Dourif is fun as Chucky, but in Exorcist III he was freakin' brilliant.
