Zach must have some real pull with actors 😂 2 Oscar winners in his last 2 music videos is crazy.

They probably just fans and loved the songs.

I want to say ZB has changed the music video scene. You could make an entire movie from a 4 minute video. He's got Oscar winning actors. He doesn't even appear in his own music videos, which is mad respect. Film quality is never lacking. He's doing everything right, and then some.

Something that I noticed was the end where he says “no blood in the mud we was raised in, spends life on the run” he’s accepting that he’s done chasing his brother as opposed to earlier in the song when he was worried about the boys chasing him. He’s accepting that his brother isn’t being chased by anyone but him.

Part of this video was filmed in the town I work in. I remember a few weeks ago driving home one night and saw all the cameras set up and a ton of people on the sidewalk watching. It’s the scene where he is sitting alone in a diner at Mike’s Hot Dogs

3:36 the way I saw it was kind of the opposite. My interpretation was that the older brother was just simple man who's got wind of his brother going on a bad path and tried to stop him, hence him saying " 'Causе no blood in the mud I's raised in Spent life on the run", which I interpreted as the narrator saying there's no way he'd allow someone related to him to stoop to a life of crime.

Man I love that you brought up the Nine Ball video also being super good! These are actually my 2 favorite Zach Bryan songs, and the fact that they have, arguably the two best music videos makes it super cool. Zach Bryan’s storytelling and lyricism is top tier. Only other artists that I can think of that can make such good stories are Hardy, Mike Shinoda, John Fogherty, Riley Green, Redferrin, Eminem and a few others but those are my absolute favorites. I like that you brought up in the album reaction that this has a punk rock guitar pattern; that’s part of what makes ZB’s songs so catchy. This has touches of blues, classic rock, alternative, punk and a little bit of country and he makes it all sound so well. I grew up a hard rock and metal fan. My 3 favorite bands of all time are Linkin Park, Rise Against and Bring Me The Horizon, but sometime in late 2021 I really got into country and at the moment, it’s my favorite genre. I love what guys like ZB, Hardy, Morgan Wallen and Koe Wetzel do for this new wave of country artists; they’re blending the “genre lines” established and adding elements of rock, hip hop, punk and metal into country and I’m here for it.
