That's not his problem. she can't handle being in a normal situation without feeling what she felt. She turned a seemingly normal you tube situation and compared it to the one where she was sexually assaulted...don't get me wrong i'm not saying it's her fault she feels the way she does. It's not her fault AT ALL. but she made him seem like some monster. TBH, there's no legitimate reason to take photos of a high-end security system, which he'd know if he'd been researching them, and he *had* to have known he'd be on the security footage taking his creepy photos while she was in the bathroom. So why take them? Spoilers for part 2, but the more I've thought about it the last couple of weeks, the more I'm sure that making her feel violated was part of his overall plan to add her to his list of female mukbangers he's taken down. Not backing him up, but attachment disorders do strange things to people. Any point where the person feels like the other person tolerates them and gives them attention (even negative attention) they can form an attachment. My mom handles kids like this all of the time in her work, it's super sad to see.

Attachment* disorders manifest in a variety of ways. It can make a person either have a hard time bonding with people OR it can do the opposite, making someone excessively clingy. His may manifest as feeling like everyone he meets is his best friend and because of that he could feel disproportionately hurt any time someone cancels on him or says something small that he wildly overreacts to. People with that type of attachment disorder can have a lack of social boundaries with people and unintentionally use too much physical affection with people and be extremely emotionally needy.

The wording in this video is borderline victim blaming. 7:18 She didn't insinuate that her breakdown was worse than the one she had after she was assaulted, which is a wild claim to make. What she said was "this was unlike any other". I've had multiple breakdowns that were different from each other, but expressed themselves in different ways. Also, 10:35 "scaring herself even more". When feeling threatened, the best thing to do is to research before making any assumptions. She didn't scare herself, she found a evidence that backed up her concerns. The video he made where he complained about not getting laid was too coincidental and telling for her to make it up. There's other things that bug me about this, but I'll let it be.

It's a false understanding that everyone should walk on eggshells around people with PTSD, as if that's going to help them. The therapeutic way to treat PTSD and severe trauma is controlled, safe exposure of things that trigger them. Eventually, if done in a controlled and safe way, they will become desensitised. It's up to people when and if they decide to be treated, but avoidance is not treatment. Avoidance doesn't help. And he's right - it's nobody else's responsibility to walk on eggshells around people. It's up to the people to decide to be treated or not. It's not the world's responsibility to take it easy on them. It doesn't help them; if anything, it makes their triggers worse, gives them more triggers, and causes complex avoidance routines that only dig them deeper into their trauma.
