I think it's okay as long as it's mild, you tell them they will never freak out completely and when you only have people as volunteers who agreed to the safety stuff (not in therapy, not taking meds, no mental issues, not pregnant etc. to not have people who might get an abbreaction etc.) So yeah, it depends on the suggestions and how you word it and then it'd be fine :)

What for? If it's something you need help with, you can always look for a hypnotherapist in your area. Also you can do it yourself with a recording you make yourself. (Of course you'll need the knowledge to know how to do it.)

Many possibilities ;) But yeah, I recommend watching Zach's video linked below first, then Anthony Jacquin's videos called "Hypnosis 101" or the "How 2 Hypnotize" channel and the website Hypnokick. I also recommend the DVD Zach talked about in his video (The Manchurian Approach) and the Trilby DVD by Anthony. Richard Bandler is also a great hypnotist I highly recommend. You should check out his video he did with Logan Paul and the others. Awesome and super funny!

There are many books about it, also you can take classes, although some of them are quite expensive you also get a hypnotherapist certificate. You can also buy some courses on some platforms for example Udemy.

Of course you can ;) I recommend the YT channel "How 2 Hypnotize" by Anthony Jacquin and the free website Hypnokick. That will show and explain the basics. The latter has info about self-hypnosis as well. And let me tell you that you do it every day already, you just aren't aware of it ;) So don#t be discouraged, you got this :)

Zach Pincince? Do a hypnosis video of you hypnotizing someone at the gym to increase their bench press or leg press max or reps. Also, do a hypnosis video of someone drinking a Diet Coke, and you hypnotize them to think that the Coke has cocaine in it, and see if it gives them an intense placebo effect.

You can also see if there is a course you can take, from what I've seen most courses are aimed to hypnotherapy, but maybe you can find one for stage hypnosis of that's what you are looking for. There are also some courses on Udemy.

There are two possibilities I am thinking of. 1.- You are not concentrating enough, getting distracted or something, remember all hypnosis is auto-hypnosis. 2.- you need a special method. Some people are unable to be hypnotized by the regular one.

The power of your mind ;) Like, explain to me why dreams seem real even if they are not? Same concept, if I had to simply it. But there's a lot to it. And it's easy to learn and hard to master. In a way, everyone's a hypnotist and it's not an unnatural state either. But yeah, Zach made a video about how he got into it and recommended some ressources. Oh, he did, no worries :D You can still open your eyes or move or scratch yourself and all the other stuff. It's not a "fragile state" like some people might assume. So without having learnt it, I wouldn't say it didn't work.
