That ball just flies off his hands. Mechanically, he has some things he could definitely work on, namely accuracy and staring receivers down too much, but if he falls into the right system, a la Patrick Mahomes, it's scary what he could do. He's definitely not for everyone though

@@cw3982 Yes. Well for one, that ranking is skewed with how many fewer teams are playing this year, but also understand how many throws are made behind the line of scrimmage to bump up those numbers. The ball comes out hot out of his hand which is a great thing but unfortunately it comes at the cost of some throws being more errant. It's something that can be fixed. Like I said with Mahomes, he struggled with the same issue but like Mahomes, it'll take the right QB whisperer to harness his gifts and clean up some technical issues he has. I think if he just went to the Jets and they let him just go out there as is, they'd be doing him an injustice. He has all the tools. Just needs the right coaching to bring it all together just like Josh Allen had

Be careful, because unlike college, WIlson will not have 5-8 seconds in the pocket, and we run proset most the game. Just get an o-linemen and focus on weakness.

I have to be complete honest. He reminds me of what Trubisky was when he was at North Carolina. 1 great year, mechanics that need to be worked on, strong arm, mobile, and playing weaker competition. Give him the right coach he can be a superstar, but if he is in the wrong hands he will be average to below average

Could not be more different than Trubisky to me. Sure Trubisky is fast but Wilson is quick and agile and runs to throw while Trubisky usually scrambles. Wilson is a playmaker that throws off balance with multiple arm angles and has no problem taking deep shots and hitting them which has been Trubisky’s greatest flaw. Off the field Trubisky is timid while Wilson is confident. From a physical perspective they could not be more different. I just don’t see the comp.

He has a strong accurate arm to all three levels. Probably stronger on short to intermediate throws, but he has a pretty nice deep ball, and can throw it off platform where his receiver can make a play on it. Not a guy that typically underthrows receivers either. He almost always hits guys in stride, on time, and with some good zip on his throws, which is critical in a timing offense like Kyle's.

Zach didn’t need to force the ball a few times during these highlights. A lot of dangerous throws here. His lack of footwork bit him in the ass here. I counted about 4 INTs that should have been thrown which the defense simply didn’t pick up and his accuracy was an issue here as well. He was reckless and careless on a few plays noticed how he gave the defense no respect. He did have accurate ball placement went it counted though. Next to the Coastal Carolina game this was his second worst performance this season in my opinion
