Just a helpful hint not criticism! Next time you use the Dutch oven take hot coals from the fire pit and put on top instead of starting a fire on top of the Dutch oven. Easier and faster. Love seeing you two camping! So fun!

you should pat the steak dry before searing for a more even crust. The juice causes it to boil more in the juices instead of developing a nice sear quickly which you want, especially since you said you cooked it a bit longer than intended in the coals. Fun video nonetheless, makes me want to go camping!

Wrapping any meat in foil makes it steam like a airfryer... locks in the moisture and flavors! Some people sear prior before wrapping in foil... looks so yummy!

Definitely think you should’ve reverse seared that less on step one, and step 2 a tad more to get the doneness that you wanted. Although for first try cook to still have it a juicy medium well, is just so nice how it came out. Hopefully in the possible next episode you can cook that other steak better.
