Sounded like a quote of D maj suite prelude in there, am I imagining it, or not? If it is a quote, do the other mmts of your father’s suite also quote from the Bach?

no quotes in this mvt, but in the opening Prelude some fun with the 6th .and with both 6th and 1st at the end of that mvt
