Nickis attention right now that they keep hyping up and bringing up when they say “look at the streams” “look at how many people showed up on her live!” Is entirely because everyone wants to see the car crash or what nonsense she’s here to say….it’s not for the artistry. I won’t be surprised in the next few years if we see less & less and she just kinda fades away. I’m not even speaking on this little “beef” Nicki just ain’t the ARTIST she used to be & she hasn’t developed or grown in anyway. People are bored! all that’s keeping us interested now is the craziness. I actually saw someone tweet “ohh! Tiktok was hating on her & now they’re all making her sound viral! & they’re on her side now!” Errrm…she’s a joke? The sound is popular because it was a joke, people are making memes to it. Every video I see trying to defend her new rap you can easily poke holes into. The way the barbz and Nicki are Tryna be like “ohhh! It was Nicki trolling but it still did more than hiss! Hahaha” are y’all brain dead??? OFCOURSE that reply was gonna shoot up in streams??? Everyone wanted to see what self proclaimed “queen of rap” had to say…it’s gonna free fall cos ain’t nobody wanna add that to their playlist. Thank you for this very sensible response. I’ve been disappointed in the lack of growth in her artistry, as well. I credit her toxic ego and affection for trendy pop rap (vs rap rap) as factors to why her music became boring. And with the petty drama and questionable life decisions, she’s likely set her legacy on for fire for good. It’s been awhile since we seen a fall from grace like this. Yeaaah, the shock value will give her those streaming numbers (for the week) but who’s giving her the time of day after this??? No one but her stans.
