Love Fred’s opening day videos. I like seeing the different weather on opening day. In my mind, I feel like we always had snow for opening day. But watching the videos back, that usually wasn’t the case.

Hello Zach, My family are long time Practical sportsman viewers. I am now 34 and grown up watching your father and yourself. My Dad David Brochue was featured in your 2002 or 2003 Deer opener. We use to watch it every Opening firearm eve. Unfortunately a couple years ago the VCR finally ate up the tape. We've been watching all the deer openers being posted on your KZbin Channel. Any chance you might be able to upload 2002 or 2003 openers sometime in the near future. We would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

I've been coming up to Holden lake for so many years to hunt I miss the old days of Houghton lake the buck poles all the people that were here just all the fun that used to be here now it's nothing like that I don't even see a buckpole anymore but it's still one of the greatest days of the year just as good as Christmas opening day of rifle season in Michigan
