I own the new versions. New Blu-ray + DVD & 4K. I’m a completionist, and often keep old releases. But I can confirm, the 2019 Blu-ray & DVD discs are NOT the same ones from 2009. Atleast, not the same contents. I checked both sets of discs, DVD & Blu-ray. And the trailers & sneak peeks menu are replaced with trailers for Toy Story 4. As for the actual contents, the mastering is near identical. Except they removed the advertisement for DisneyFile Digital Copy From all three films. Which is understandable. But, atleast on my copies, they removed those exclusive looks at Toy Story 3.
