I have always believed that one shoud not leave food on the plate. Either you take less or just take the right amount but dont leave food on plate to go to waste. My thought behind it is that a lot of kids, adults and aged people dont get to have even one meal a day and we here so carelessly leave our food. So if i were you i would rather donate or give away money for food to such places in world where people die of hunger or even other bacis needs. My religion teaches me the same and i would for sure have done it if i had the money.
