I fucking love this guy, his music has been such a gift to my life. I grew up wishing there was a guy who made music that related to me, because there was no guy musician I could relate to or look up to. & this mans music has been such a gift to my life. his story telling through his music really hits my soul. literally my ultimate inspiration, other than Demi Lovato, this mans music keeps my head above water and helps me when I can't help myself.

My all-time favourite song of James Arthur is "Get Down" in his most troubled days when he was considered toxic by everybody. The press and so called fans grilled him and just dumped him and the song he made so beautifully was trashed making it only to number 96 in the UK Singles Chart and dropped out. I stuck with James all the way through those times when he was being given such a hard time! I saw his shows 13 times&met him 3 times when he'd become so unpopular, they don't what they missed!!! It's not my favourite James song but it holds very special memories for me as that was the song he was singing when i first touched him! I was at the front at his show in Newcastle and i held his hand just into the second verse, ah such amazing memories! I finally met him proper 4 months later and he couldn't have been more lovely, i just grabbed&kissed him then got THE best cuddle ever! It's so shameful that song only went to number 96! Absolutely shameful! I always say every song James had out deserved to be a number 1 and be as big and popular as say you won't let go!
