Travis Japan on Debuting with "Just Dance" on AGT

When Travis Japan competed in the World of Dance and placed 3rd in Orange County the day after their arrival in the States, they caught the eyes of AGT staff in the audience and were invited to audition for AGT. It was a serendipitous chain of events where Travis Japan’s dream became a reality.

"My Dreamy Hollywood" that TJ sang on AGT was their first original song. During the first five years of their 12 years leading up to their debut, they were musical back-up dancers. The original song they received in their fifth year of formation was a song about the time 58 years ago when their predecessors (who were supposed to debut with Universal but failed, and their unreleased song "Never my love" was later sung by the Association and became a big hit) were full of dreams when they landed on American soil. The first a cappella on the AGT stage was Noel's idea.
