There's like 20 different sub-genres of country music. In the 90s old folk were saying the same thing about "new school" country that we consider "real" today. Styles change over the years. Recognize differences and take the sticks out of your asses. Good music is good music even if it's pop country and not "real country" whatever that may be considered these days.
