Two Corinthians 517 is clear the old is gone the new has come in the amplified classic edition it’s like reading it out of the Greek it says the old spiritual and moral condition is gone the new spiritual and moral condition has come. Immorality stops instantly when you’re born again… Doesn’t mean you don’t ever slip up no, but first John chapter 3 is clear if you continually habitually intentionally sin you are not born of God. My dad and grandfather never said the words I love you to me but now I'm raising grandkids and I make sure I tell them all the time. I told my 7 year old about it. He asked, they never told you they adore you? It made me smile because I tell him I adore him all the time and he apparently notices. Powerful song.

Phenomenal My father passed away November 14th 2022, never remembered him ever saying he loved me. I stood in the room where he lay just after he passed. And God told me to anoint his head and I obeyed, after anointing him I placed my hand on top of his head and said verbally "God bless". God spoke to me, he said this is who you are, your loved, your cherished, your the apple of my eye. That evening God spoke to me again, he said you know who you are, but your earthly father never knew who he was. I thank God that he brings freedom to the captives, he breaks the chains of generational bodage, and he calls us, Me and You, by his holy name for he truly is OUR HEAVENLY FATHER. Amen

The day I realized the power i had inside of me was the night this happened to me. You see, the devil hates it and fears the most, is when God’s children REALIZE whose they are. That night i was jerked off my bed onto the floor facing down. I tried to move but my hands and body were pressed down. However, with authority and without hesitation, I looked back at this dark shadow and said, DO YOU KNOW WHOSE I AM?. I didnt have to yell but with a stern voice and the power of Christ in me, this thing left as quickly as he tried to trespass. Whoever you are, i am here to tell you, DO YOU KNOW WHOSE YOU ARE? I had that caring for my quadriplegic husband…please do what you can to get sleep. For me it was from sleep deprivation of waking so often to care for him till all I could say was, “Baby, I’m sorry, I can’t move, I need to sleep I guess.”…get sleep- he’s gone now and it’s been almost 5 years but I am still not strong yet. I got to care for my mom before she passed. She didn't raise me .I got saved Jesus had to show me have much hurt I had before I could have peace it was a ten year journey. I had time to listen to her hurt her true regret of giving me up.we said words that brought healing so when her journey here was ending she told me I could not go pass the gate but she would be there when I came.she told me she would be leaving the next day at 12. So call my brother s sister .I did as I sit with her she left that room holding my hand just as she said .I know one day I will see her at the gate. Thanks for this song and testimony.

My father was a pastor, and I resented him greatly for it until age 36 when my life came crashing down around me, neurological disorders that have taken my strength, the opium took my soul, at 8 years sober I was arrested on three felony charges after illegal search of my truck out of state outside the rez, I didn't commit a crime ironically this time, it was for my Fibromyalgia meds, the cop made a personal descision that I had too much for one person (my doctor disagreed) but it wasn't up to him. I was facing six years in federal prison, and was at my wits end. At my arraignment I couldn't speak as I hadn't had my meds in four days I spent having seizures in a holding cell for one with six other men. Bc my parents had been praying for me for 15 years, God delivered me from that fate, the case was dismissed by the prosecutor when our evidence was shared with him hours before trial. My parents took me home, and I went to church for the first time in 12 years, and God broke my heart and broke me down, two years later I'm mentally strong though my body is breaking down, and my relationship with my father is good for the first time, and he's dying of stage four cancer. It's never too late to give your life to Christ so he may prepare you to serve the ones who served you all your life in their time of need.

As a child whose father hardly ever showed affection, I can attest, it makes a difference. I tell my kids I love them regularly, even when I don't like them. I tell their mother I adore her. I love this so much! Me and my dad’s relationship was rocky for years we both struggled with addiction in left home when I was 18 like the prodigal spending years and years partying and using drugs. I only seen my dad maybe 10 times in 20 years i got my rock bottom 4 1/2 years ago and my there grace of God he saved me! Jesus Christ rescued me. I finally came home and mended our relationship my father got sick and passed way 2 years after I got clean and spoke in his funeral. But was grateful for the conversations I love you’s, laughter and tears we’re both shed. I was able to share my testimony with him of Jesus Christ. I am living my life in memory of my father. God is good and loved all if his children. My five year clean date is December 19 2019 by the grace or God.

When I was growing up my dad never told me he loved me. He never was one to show his emotions like that. Later in life he survived a aneurysm that ruptured in his stomach area. He was our Christmas miracle that year since it was Christmas day when it happened. Every time I talked to him on the phone I would tell him I loved him. One day I was talking to him and I just kept saying I love you and finally he told me he loved me. That was a day I will never forget. I know how Ben felt when his dad finally told him he loved him. I'm just glad that God blessed me with that feeling before my dad went home to be with the Lord. He passed away with cancer.

Another different way to present the gospel I just pray someone will receive Jesus into their heart as a result of this song. I was born again at 17 years of age. The last words I spoke to my father- ‘I love you’ he looked at me disappointed and he drove away without saying a word. He died about 5 hours later… still stings sometimes even though Ive reconciled that love with Jesus. I know my dad loved me.

I have a lot of love and good morals in me but I'm absolutely useless at maintaining a relationship so many failures I'm always looking for the exit door. I have three amazing grown up sons and two grandchildren Im lucky in that respect. After my last split I swore I was done I can't do anymore relationships failures. Then completely out of nowhere the most incredible beautiful wise compassionate women I've known came into my life. She's a church girl Ive never been a religious bloke I've been a drifter almost a waste of space for much of my life until this girl came to me she's saved me in so many ways. I've always believed in fate maybe it is fate or just dumb luck she says its the will of god I'm new to this all I know is whatever brought us together I'll be forever grateful to. I love this girl on levels I never knew existed. She has faith strong enough for both of us I'm trying to understand and believe anyway I'm rambling I just wanted to say this song speaks to me
